Being on a weight loss journey can be hard and at times, down right discouraging. You fall off the wagon, stop and start over and over again. Discouragement leads to beating yourself up and negative self-talk, which can be as toxic as comments from your favorite “frenemy”. Staying in the space of negative self-talk for too long can hold you back from getting back on track.
This is one of the many reasons why it’s important to “have grace with yourself” on your weight loss journey. Tune in as I share my perspective on having grace with yourself and three points that will help you on your journey to health and wellness.
